Details: This class is an intermediate level course that explores many considerations to take into account when carrying a firearm for personal defense. The class assumes that the student has already completed the Utah CFP class and obtained their concealed firearm permit. This class is NOT a substitute for the Utah CFP class. Topics include holsters for concealed carry, legal/moral implications of the use of defensive force, drawing from a concealment holster, and making well placed shots under time pressure. This class is a combination of classroom and range work. Required items to bring include notetaking materials, range gear including eye/ear protection, appropriate defensive firearm with a holster, and approx. 200 rounds ammunition
